<p>An inner surface shape measuring apparatus (1) of the present invention measures a shape of an inner surface of a subject to be inspected (T). The inner surface shape measuring apparatus (1) is characterized in being provided with: a light source (5); an optical system (8), which forms a disc-shaped optical beam using light emitted from the light source (5), and outputs the optical beam toward the inner surface of the subject to be inspected (T); a photographing unit (9), which photographs an image of a state wherein the optical beam is projected to the inner surface of the subject to be inspected (T); and wiring (12), which supplies power for driving the light source (5). The inner surface shape measuring apparatus is also characterized in that the optical system (8), the light source (5), and the photographing unit (9) are disposed in this order along a same axis line, and that the wiring (12) extends from the light source (5) toward the photographing unit (9).</p> |
