Provided is a main circuit switchgear that is provided with: a circuit breaker (3); leg sections (8a, 8b) for supporting the circuit breaker (3); a disconnector (4) which is connected to the circuit breaker (3); a leg section (9) for supporting the disconnector (4); a metal container (2) which houses the circuit breaker (3) and the disconnector (4) and has a bottom plate (2a), said bottom plate having aperture sections (14a, 14b) aligned with the positions of the leg sections (8a, 8b), and the leg section (9) being fixed to the bottom plate (2a); and a support frame (1) which has a top board section (1a) on which the bottom plate (2a) is mounted and a leg section (1b) for supporting the top board section (1a), wherein the leg sections (8a, 8b) are fixed to the top board section (1a) through the aperture sections (14a, 14b).
