OIL CYLINDER LUFFING JIB, LINEAR SPEED CONTROL METHOD AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

Disclosed are an oil cylinder luffing jib, a linear speed control method and apparatus therefor. The linear speed control method for the oil cylinder luffing jib comprises: detecting the elevation angle of the jib, the trend of change in the elevation angle, and the length of the jib; acquiring the maximum linear speed of the jib; calculating a first output current of an oil cylinder proportional valve on the basis of the elevation angle of the jib, of the trend of change in the elevation angle, of the length of the jib, and of the maximum linear speed of the jib; and using the first output current to control the linear speed of the jib. The control method allows for automatic control of the linear speed of the oil cylinder jib.
