PURPOSE: A restaurant table-type advertisement providing system and a method thereof are provided to put a QR(Quick Response) code on a restaurant table cover, thereby repetitively exposing an advertisement to users in a restaurant. CONSTITUTION: A user photographs a QR code(C) on a restaurant table cover(20) using a smart phone(30). When QR code photograph data is generated, a QR code application(31) of the smart phone extracts advertisement server connection information from the QR code photograph data. The smart phone transmits the QR code photograph data to an advertisement server(50) under the control of the QR code application. The advertisement server transmits advertisement information, which is extracted by searching a stored QR code corresponding to the QR code photograph data, to the smart phone.
