PURPOSE: A system for processing insurance contracts based on cloud computing, a method thereof, and a related business management tool thereof are provided to reduce waiting time for approval of an insurance company in an insurance contract process. CONSTITUTION: A requirement analysis server(1) receives a plurality of requirement parameters and analyzes the same. A verification server(2) receives an electronic insurance application. When the application data satisfies underwriting conditions, the verification server generates an electronic insurance policy and sends the electronic insurance policy to an insurance contractor via e-mail. A business management tool(4) generates the electronic insurance application including insurance data and an electronic signature and sends the electronic insurance application and the e-mail address to the verification server.
