PURPOSE: An outer periphery excavation type rock boring device is provided to reduce the construction periods by improving the excavating speed over two times and to reduce the fuel consumption due to excavation. CONSTITUTION: An outer periphery excavation type rock boring device(A) comprises a hammer(1) and a cylindrical rotating unit(2). A hammer main body(12) is installed at an end of the hammer. A plurality of hammers is installed at the outer periphery of an end of a cylindrical rotating unit to be separated. A connection unit(23) is formed at the rear, and an empty space is formed at the center. The connection unit is screwed to a rotating end(31) of a rock crushing propeller by forming a female screw and is connected to the rotating end by a key groove.
