PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing wine containing pine nut is provided to enhance consumption of pine nuts. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing wine containing pine nuts comprises: a step of preparing ferment and maturing(S20,S30); a step of preparing distilled water(S40); and a step of maturing the liquor in a nut pine cask(S50). Ingredients for crude liquor contains 8-12 wt% of by-products, 73-77 wt% of steamed grains, and 13-17 wt% of nuruk. |
