PURPOSE: A manually operated rotational knob apparatus is provided to minimize the size of a driving part of an inner rotating body and to prevent the loss of a rotating force by a frictional force. CONSTITUTION: A manually operated rotational knob apparatus comprises a cover unit(10), a rotating unit(20). The cover unit comprises a rotating knob(11), a first rotating plate arm(12), and a first magnetic material(13). The first rotating plate arm is arranged to be separated from a cover part which corresponds with the first plate arm.
