The present invention relates to a method and system for supporting a conference that is adapted to conference groups, which can perform processes such as conference preparation, conference execution, and preparation of conference-related reports in an efficient manner and reduce the time required for conference preparation and the time required for executing a conference by enabling conference-related materials for relevant conference groups to be adaptively accessed and utilized online and offline, for example, by enabling the integrated management and operation of electronic report programs and report files. According to the present invention: 1) the integrated management of all conferences in a business entity or an administrative entity is enabled by using conference programs; 2) the time required for preparing a conference and the time required for executing a conference may be reduced; 3) printing costs may be reduced; and 4) report programs may be directly reused in a conference so as to improve the usability of computer programs. |
