<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the predetermined positioning of a radiation source with respect to the carrier of a scan assembly of a position detector with simple means. <P>SOLUTION: Conduction parts are formed by electric conductor elements of a carrier 1 and electric connection elements 44, 46 of a radiation source 4 in order to allow the radiation source 4 to have electric contact with the respective electric conductor elements at different positions and to be arranged at different positions along an adjustment orbit with respect to the carrier 1. Before the radiation source 4 is fixed to the carrier 1, the radiation source 4 is movable in contact with the conduction parts with respect to the carrier 1 along the adjustment orbit, while keeping electric contact between the radiation source 4 and the electric conduction elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
