<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor capable of enhancing connection strength between a via electrode and a surface layer electrode and having high connection reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitor body 104 of a ceramic capacitor 101 has a capacitor main surface 102 and a capacitor rear surface 103, and is formed by laminating a plurality of ceramic dielectric layers 105 and a plurality of internal electrode layers 141, 142. A plurality of via conductors 131, 132 in the capacitor are injected and formed in a through via 130 penetratingly formed in a capacitor body direction, and are connected to each of internal electrode layers 141, 142. The through via 130 has an extended-diameter part 135 radially expanded toward an opening of the capacitor main surface 102. The surface layer electrodes 111, 112 are provided so as to cover entire end faces of extended-diameter conductors 131, 132 on the capacitor main surface 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
