<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of analyzing press forming, by which a shape after cooling in a warm press forming is predictable. <P>SOLUTION: The method of analyzing press forming includes: a press forming analyzing stage where a press forming analysis is performed by linking temperature analysis and structure analysis by setting the initial temperature distribution to materials for press forming and shape information, temperature distribution, stress distribution and strain distribution after press forming are obtained; a springback analyzing stage where springback analysis is performed by linking the temperature analysis and the structure analysis, on the basis of the data obtained in the press forming analyzing stage and also without taking or taking contact heat transfer between a die and the materials for press forming into consideration, and the shape information, the temperature distribution, the stress distribution and the strain distribution after springback are obtained; and a cooled shape analyzing stage where the shape change during cooling and after cooling until the temperature distribution of the materials for press forming becomes within ±5°C are analyzed, on the basis of the data obtained in the springback analyzing stage, by linking the temperature analysis and structure analysis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
