<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process waste ion exchange resin particularly in a nuclear facility, with a high volume reduction rate. <P>SOLUTION: In a predetermined container, waste ion exchange resin is mixed with water for generating waste ion exchange resin slurry.
