<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which varies a jackpot game. <P>SOLUTION: After a jackpot game deciding means selects a first jackpot game as a jackpot control type, and the first jackpot game is started, a jackpot game executing means does not switch jackpot apparatuses, and keeps a first state for the jackpot apparatus until a game ball passes a specific region. When a game ball passes through the specific region, a round game is executed a predetermined number of times, where the jackpot apparatus is set in a second state until a predetermined condition including lapse of a switching time is satisfied. After the jackpot type deciding means selects a second jackpot game as a jackpot control type and the second jackpot game is started, the jackpot apparatus set in the second state without a ball passing through the specific region.
