<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a high quality photo-reaction product sheet while simplifying an equipment composition. <P>SOLUTION: A photo-reactive composition layer 4 having transparency is formed on a support 1 while moving the support 1 with transparency in one direction. The support 1 is reversed so as to move the support 1 in a direction opposite to the one direction to form a transport path having a multistage, whereby the supports 1 prior to reverse and subsequent to reverse face to each other to form the multistage. The support 1 is irradiated with light from lamps 17, 18 for ultraviolet-ray, and every photo-reaction composition layer 4 multistaged on the support is photo-polymerized while transmitting light through the photo-reactive composition layer 4 formed on the support 1 and the support 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
