<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus in which components can be excellently driven. <P>SOLUTION: A lens barrel 3 according to the present invention includes: an angular velocity sensor 12 having a monitor amplifier 124 for outputting a signal of a first frequency; and a vibration wave motor 25 driven by a drive signal. The vibration wave motor 25 has an input part to which the signal of the first frequency output from the monitor amplifier 124 is input, and is driven by using the signal input from the input part as the driving signal.
