<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of improving the earthquake resistance of a coil end on a welding side when a stator winding is formed by using a conductor segment. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicular rotary machine 100 is equipped with a stator 1. The stator 1 has: a stator winding 6 formed by connecting a plurality of U-shaped conductor segments 10 having straight-line portions and turning portions connected in series by welding; and a stator core 11 having a plurality of slots in which the straight-line portions included in the plurality of the conductor segments 10 are stored. A welding side slot pitch which is a circumferential direction interval at which two straight-line portions connecting to a welding portion 10a formed on a reversed turning portion side of the conductor segments 10 are stored in the slot, is made to be narrower than an NS pole pitch of a rotator 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
