<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily peel a circuit board bonded and stored at an insertion part distal end of an endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: At the insertion part distal end of the endoscope, a flexible board 74 on which an electronic circuit 82 is mounted is stored. The flexible board 74 is folded in an S shape and the flexible board 74 is bonded with each other with a dismantling adhesive 94. Also, the dismantling adhesive 94 is filled with a highly heat conductive filling member. By heating the dismantling adhesive 94, strength of the dismantling adhesive is weakened, and the bonded board 94 is peeled from each other. Since the dismantling adhesive 94 is filled with the highly heat conductive filling member, heat radiation is excellent and noise generation of an imaging element 72 caused by heat generation is prevented before happens. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
