The method involves producing a bonded component (2) for surface defects and internal defects using thermography. The testing region (3) of the bonded component is detected by heat flow. The pulse-moderate excitation of the bonded component in a welding point (1) is taken place through eddy current induction of a planar circular induction coil resting on temperature-stabilized and resilient guided excitation surface (4) of bonded component transverse to the testing region of bonded component. The homogeneous heating zone (8) is produced in the testing region. An independent claim is included for device for pulse-moderate excitation of bonded component.
