PURPOSE: A pipe handling device for a drill is provided to prevent in advance safety accidents for an operator and to improve the efficiency of a connecting work by not requiring manual work. CONSTITUTION: A pipe handling device for a drill comprises a position moving means. The position moving means locates a connection object pipe(11) to the same axle of a non connection pipe(12) based on the electrical signals. The position moving means comprises a position moving plate(30), a first rotation unit(40), and a second rotation unit(50). The second rotation unit is rotated with the connection object pipe and is arranged with the non connection pipe in parallel. The non connection pipe is located in the same axle of the connection object according to the rotation of the first rotation unit.
