<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition which is sufficiently low in firing temperature and from which a conductive film obtained by firing has a sufficiently low resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive composition contains a metal powder mainly composed of tin or a tin alloy, an organic acid, and an amine. The conductive composition contains the organic acid in an amount of 1 pt.wt. or more and 15 pts.wt. or less and the amine in an amount of 2 pts.wt. or more and 30 pts.wt. or less per 100 pts.wt. of a tin component contained in the metal powder. With respect to a weight ratio between the amine and the organic acid, a content of the amine is preferably 1 pt.wt. or more and 4 pts.wt. or less per 1 pt.wt. of the organic acid.
