<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-mixing device structured so that the pressure in an air way can be set to desired one while changing the mixing ratio of gases. <P>SOLUTION: The gas-mixing device 10 includes: a gas-mixing unit 13 mixing a plurality of gases containing oxygen confined in an oxygen cylinder 15 to generate mixture gas; an oxygen-supplying unit 11 supplying the oxygen to the gas-mixing unit 13; and a control unit 14 integrally controlling the whole of the device. The oxygen-supplying unit 11 includes: a flow rate adjustment valve 16 which adjusts the flow rate of the oxygen discharged from the oxygen cylinder 15; a gas chamber 17 which is disposed in the middle of a passage from the flow rate adjustment valve 16 to the gas-mixing unit 13, into which the oxygen is introduced and which has an air inlet 17a open to the atmospheric air; and a flow rate sensor 18 which detects the flow rate at the air inlet 17a and outputs the detected flow rate as a signal.
