<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run-flat tire which has excellent uniformity and has high durability during run-flat traveling. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic run-flat tire includes: a carcass (5) composed of a carcass ply toroidally extending between a pair of beads; at least one layer belt layer (6A, 6B); and a side reinforcing rubber layer (7) of a cross sectional crescent shape at each side. The carcass ply is formed by covering a plurality of hybrid cords obtained by twisting a cellulose filament and a nylon filament with rubber. A reinforcing cord layer (8) is arranged so as to overlap at least a part of the side reinforcing rubber layer in a radial direction along the shape of the side reinforcing rubber layer of the cross sectional crescent shape. The outer end (8e<SB POS="POST">1</SB>) of the reinforcing cord layer in a radial direction is arranged within a range of 8 to 23 mm in a width direction from the end of a belt layer of the most inner side in a radial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
