An optical package device includes a first lens which projects, in parallel, an optical signal received from an input optical fiber; a tap coupler filter which delivers an optical signal projected through a first lens to an isolator, and divides the optical signal; a photo diode which senses the divided optical signal; the isolator which fixes a flow direction of the optical signal received from the tap coupler filter; a pump laser diode which generates a pumping light; a wavelength division multiplexer which combines the pumping light and the optical signal passed through the isolator; and a second lens which projects, in parallel, the optical signal combined with the pumping light to an output optical fiber.
