摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic regeneration device capable of being reduced in size and furthermore decreased in bath volume. <P>SOLUTION: A regeneration unit 19 includes: a tubular portion 23 having an inner circumferential surface functioning as an anode; and a cathode 25 provided inside the tubular portion 23 and extending along the extension direction of the tubular portion 23 while being separated from the inner circumferential surface 31. A treatment liquid used for desmear treatment is fed through a gap between the inner circumferential surface 31 of the tubular portion 23 and the cathode 25. A feed-side conduit 15 is connected by a downstream end portion 15b thereof to the tubular portion 23 and guides the treatment liquid discharged from a desmear treatment tank 13 into a regeneration unit 19.
