OFFSET CORRECTION FOR PASSIVE MIXERS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide configurable parameters in a mixer to calibrate and correct a mismatch, thereby minimizing mixer distortion.

SOLUTION: A mixer comprises first and second RF transistors to receive an input RF signal. The mixer further comprises first and second LO transistors to receive an LO signal. At least one of the transistors has a gate bias voltage that is variable in response to a configurable control signal.
