<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method useful for analyzing a deformation of a rubber material combined with rubber, silica, and a surface binding agent. <P>SOLUTION: A simulation method of a rubber material comprises: an imaging step S1 of obtaining an electron beam transmission image of a rubber material using a scanning transmission electron microscope; a step S2 of constructing a three-dimensional structure of a rubber material from an image obtained in the imaging step using a tomography method; a model setting step of setting a rubber material model on the basis of the three-dimensional structure of the rubber material; a step S6 of setting conditions to the rubber material model to perform a deformation calculation; and a step S7 of obtaining a necessary physical amount from the deformation calculation. The model setting step includes: a step S3 of obtaining a slice image of a rubber material; a step S4 of performing an image processing to set a matrix rubber portion as a matrix model, and defining silica as a silica model to set the rubber material model; and a step of defining physical property harder than the matrix model around the silica model to set an interface model. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
