<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly install an inspection device for box making paper material in a box making machine. <P>SOLUTION: The box making machine that is supplied with a box making paper material with a print surface having been punched for paper box assembly to make a box is provided with an upper and a lower rotary belt having horizontal surface contacting parts for holding the box making paper material therebetween in front of the box making machine. The lower rotary belt is divided into two front and rear parts and an intermediate gap is formed. A suction cylinder having an air suction groove is fitted across inside the upper rotary belt within the intermediate gap, and many air vents are formed over the entire surface of the upper rotary belt. The box making paper material which is held and sent, sheet by sheet, is sucked to the upper rotary belt within the intermediate gap through air suction by the air suction cylinder, it is determined whether the print surface of the box making paper material is not defective through a camera provided right below, and a box making paper material having been determined to be defective is rejected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
