<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bolt for fixing an engine hook to an engine from getting loose. <P>SOLUTION: Where a vertical virtual line 21 passing through the center of a bolt hole 12 is assumed, a locking part 17 is located in a direction of turning to loosen the bolt 13 (counterclockwise direction) from the vertical virtual line 21 (that is, on the left side of the vertical virtual line 21) when a hoist hook is caught by a hook hole 15 to raise the engine 2. Thus, the vertical virtual line 21 and the locking part 17 have an offset of "L". When the engine hook 1 is to be mounted on the engine 2, the bolt 13 is tightened while a recess 23 is in contact with a stopper 6.
