<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and cooling device, having high efficiency with reduced number of parts, without employing a structure of cylinder piston. <P>SOLUTION: The device employs a vane rotary type structure to achieve the purpose, and includes: a heating circuit with a pumping means for taking out and heating a working gas in a closed chamber in which the volume is minimized with the rotation of a rotor in one direction, and for reflowing the heated gas to the closed chamber; and a cooling circuit with a pumping means for taking out and cooling a working gas in the closed chamber in which the volume is maximized, and for reflowing the cooled gas to the closed chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
