A washing machine and a washing method, comprising an inner tub (2), an outer tub (1), and solid particles (8) serving as a washing medium. The inner tub (2) is driven into rotation by a driver apparatus (4). The inner tub (2) has arranged on the inner wall thereof scraper blades (6) that protrude inwards and are bent along the wall of the inner tub. The scraper blades (6) drives the particles (8) into obliquely upward or obliquely downward movements and flipping, thus allowing for improved mixing between clothes and the particles (8), for simplified washing process, while also for improved cleaning rate, and for facilitated recycling of the particles (8). |
