The present invention is related to an isometric pipe for injecting fluids at high temperatures and extracting gas and/or oil from oil wells, which comprises a cylindrical-shaped outer tube; a cylindrical-shaped inner tube that is concentrically arranged in the inner portion of the outer tube and attached by the end portions thereof to the outer tube; an annular space located in the free space between the outer and inner tubes at a high vacuum atmosphere; an insulating thermal element located in the annular space; a plurality of separating rings arranged over the insulating thermal element in the annular space for preventing the displacement thereof; an element for collecting gas located in the annular space, and an insulated interconnection element arranged in one end portion of the isometric pipe for allowing two contiguous sections of isometric pipes to be interconnected.
