<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means that is easily attached and detached, has no stuffiness, is compactly carried even when not in use and fits a shoe to a foot. <P>SOLUTION: The wearing article 1 includes a body 11, a first stretch part 12, a second stretch part 13, a connection part 14, an ornament 15, a first engagement part 16 and a second engagement part 17. After a user wearing the wearing article 1 puts on a shoe S, the first stretch part 12 is passed from an inner ankle to the underside of the shoe S and the tip part of the first stretch part is raised to an outer ankle. The tip part of the first stretch part 12 is connected to the tip part of the second stretch part 13 by the connection part 14.
