<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit and a switching power supply device that implement a high frequency by reducing the power consumption of a level shift circuit and shortening a circuit delay time. <P>SOLUTION: The drive circuit for driving on/off a low side switching element Q1 and a high side switching element Q2 connected across a DC power supply and connected in series includes: an oscillation circuit 11 for generating a predetermined frequency signal; a pulse creation circuit 20a for outputting a set signal and a reset signal in response to the frequency signal from the oscillation circuit while a reference potential VS at a junction of the low side switching element and the high side switching element variable from a first potential to a second potential is equal to or higher than the first potential and lower than the second potential; and a level shift section FF1 for outputting an output signal level-shifted from the frequency signal on the basis of the set signal and reset signal from the pulse creation circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
