摘要 Provided are a method and an apparatus by which it is possible to efficiently obtain, from a molded body obtained by press-molding during the production of a rare earth sintered magnet, a regenerated alloy powder which has substantially the same particle diameter as an alloy powder used to obtain the molded body and for which oxidation has been curbed. A regeneration method for a powder that includes a rare earth element is characterized by comprising: i) a step for disposing in an oil a molded body for a rare earth sintered magnet, the molded body comprising a powder including a rare earth element; ii) a step for disposing the oil and at least a part of the molded body between a plurality of planar first crushing teeth arranged so as to face each other and planar second crushing teeth at least a portion of which are positioned between the adjacent first crushing teeth; and iii) a step for rotating at least one of the plurality of first crushing teeth and the second crushing teeth, without their coming into contact with each other, so that the first crushing teeth and second crushing teeth change the location of the second crushing teeth positioned between the adjacent plurality of first crushing teeth.
