A human tumble detection alarm device is disclosed. It comprises: an external housing, a sensor module (1) for detecting the body posture of the to-be-detected object in real time, a data processing module (2) for analyzing the information detected by the sensor module (1) and judging whether the to-be-detected object has tumbled or not according to the analyzing result, a wireless communication module (3) connected with the data processing module (2), and a power supply module (4) for providing the sensor module (1), the data processing module (2), and the wireless communication module (3) with power. The sensor module (1) is a triaxial accelerometer. The sensor module (1), the data processing module (2), the wireless communication module (3), and the power supply module (4) are all installed inside the external housing. The alarm device has the features of simple structure, small size, easy carrying, and convenient operation.
