PURPOSE: A woven heater for reducing electromagnetic wave is provided to reduce electromagnetic wave by offsetting the electromagnetic wave generated from each heating line. CONSTITUTION: A heating member(1) comprises a fabric yarn(30), a first heating line(10), and a second heating line(20). The first heating line and the second heating line are connected in parallel when power is applied to the first heating line and the second heating line. The fabric yarn is connected with the first and the second heating line. A positive pole power line(40) connects to the first heating line in order to apply the positive pole power to the first heating line. A negative pole power line(50) applies a negative pole power to the second heating line.
