PURPOSE: A chain conveyor device is provided to monitor the internal status in real time by installing a monitoring window in safety panels. CONSTITUTION: A belt(124) on which transferred objects are placed and transferred is installed in between chains. Side wings are erectly installed in both ends of the belt to prevent the separation of the transferred objects from the belt. Safety panels(110) are installed in the outside of the belt to protect parts and to prevent the separation of scraps. Each safety panel comprises an upper vertical panel(111), a side panel(112), and a sub-panel(114). The upper vertical panels are vertically positioned inwards from the side wings in parallel to the side wings in order to prevent the separation of the scraps. The side panels are attached on the bottom of the upper vertical panels. The side panels are horizontally extended outwards from the belt and are vertically extended to a position lower than the bottom end of a conveyor device.
