PURPOSE: A valve stem assembly for a beer dispenser valve is provided to conveniently and easily assemble a third valve body, an elastic body, and a finishing member to a valve stem because the front end of the elastic body is inserted into a first retainer groove in a first skirt part, and the rear end of the elastic body is inserted into a second retainer groove in a second skirt part. CONSTITUTION: A valve stem assembly(30) for a beer dispenser valve comprises a valve stem(31), a first valve body(31a), a second valve body(31b), a third valve body(31c), a finishing member(33), and an elastic body(34). The valve stem is installed to move back and forth on a passage of the valve body. The first valve body is detachably coupled to the front end of the valve stem. The second valve body is separately arranged from the rear side of the first valve body and is integrally formed in the middle of the valve stem. The third valve body is installed in the rear side of the second valve body to move back and forth. The finishing member is detachably coupled to the rear end of the valve stem and is separated from the rear side of the third valve body. The elastic body is interposed between the finishing member and the third valve body.
