PURPOSE: A chestnut drying and peeling apparatus capable of reducing the processing time is provided to rapidly remove the skin from chestnut, and automatically discharge the peeled chestnut. CONSTITUTION: A chestnut drying and peeling apparatus comprises the following steps: a drying chamber(101) including a chestnut inlet(111) and a chestnut outlet(112); plural sprockets(121, 122, 123) installed on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the drying chamber; a chain(124) connecting the sprockets; a bucket(130) fixed to the chain for circulating around the closed loop formed by the chain for storing chestnut inserted into the apparatus; a chestnut drier(100) drying the chestnut; an upper rotation plate and a lower fixing plate located on the upper and lower sides of the apparatus; a rotary shaft passing through the lower fixing plate, and being fixed to the rotation plate; a drive motor supplying driving force to the rotary shaft; an elastic unit mounted in between the upper rotation plate and the lower fixing plate; and a chestnut peeler rotate-pressurizing the dried chestnut for peeling. |
