<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press-fit an assembly formed by winding a belt around a drive pulley and a driven pulley in a transmission case without shifting a relative position in an axial direction of the drive pulley and the driven pulley. <P>SOLUTION: The pulley assembly press-fitting method includes: a holding process for making a horizontal part 25A of a partition wall 25 abut on the drive pulley 20 side and a step 12C on the driven pulley 30 side to a positioning tool 58 and holding a shaft interval between an input shaft 11 and an output shaft 12 and a position of a V-belt 13 in a press fit reference position; and a correction process for attaching a fixing tool 53 having a first abutting part 100 and a second abutting part 101, respectively, abutted to shaft parts 11B and 12B of the input shaft 11 and the output shaft 12 to the shaft parts 11B and 12B, and correcting a dimensional error E of the input shaft 11 and the output shaft 12 by moving the second abutting part 101 to the axial direction and making the second abutting part 101 abut on the shaft part 12B of the output shaft 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
