<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform non-volatilization processing at the time of power source interruption by using a backup power source with small capacity. <P>SOLUTION: At normal time before the occurrence of power interruption, a deleted free block is created in non-volatile memory so that at least one deleted free block is kept secured as a preliminary block.
