<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of a receiving device in the case that a plurality of transmission data are wirelessly communicated in spatial multiplexing. <P>SOLUTION: A receiving device for receiving transmission data from a transmitting device for transmitting a plurality of transmission data by spatial multiplexing: receives a transmission signal including a data part signal obtained by modulating the transmission data and a pilot signal, which is a known pattern to the receiving device, from the transmitting device; restores the transmission data by performing demodulation processing to the received data part signal; calculates a value relating to power of an interference signal by the transmission signal transmitted by the transmitting device destined to another receiving device on the basis of the received pilot signal; determines whether or not the power of the interference signal exceeds a prescribed value by comparing the prescribed threshold value with the calculated value, and if it has exceeded the prescribed value, stops demodulation processing of a demodulation unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
