The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communications, and can improve communication flexibility of a wireless audio transmission system, improve the resource utilization ratio of the system, and effectively decrease power consumption of the system. Disclosed are a wireless digital communication method and system. A wireless digital communication method provided by an embodiment of the present invention comprises: obtaining communication status indication information, the communication status indication information indicating a receiving end status and/or a channel status; upon knowing, according to the communication status indication information, that the communication status is changed, generating frame structure adjustment information, and sending the frame structure adjustment information to a corresponding receiving end, the frame structure adjustment information comprising radio frequency packet adjustment information; and adjusting a used frame structure according to the frame structure adjustment information, and performing data communication with the receiving end according to the adjusted frame structure. The solution is applicable to multiple kinds of wireless communication systems having high transmission quality requirements.
