METHOD FOR TESTING DRUG FOR TREATING CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE AND ANGINA PECTORIS

A method of testing a drug for treating coronary artery disease and angina pectoris. The method comprises the use of thin-layer chromatography to identify the hawthorn extract in the drug, wherein the conditions of the thin-layer chromatography comprise: the use of three mixed solutions of A, B, and C as developer with the volume ratio thereof being 15~25:2-6:0.1-10, and preferably being 20: 4:0.5, wherein solution A is selected from benzene, toluene, dichlorotoluene, chloroform and diethyl ether; solution B is selected from ethyl acetate, ethyl formate, acetone, ethanol and methanol; and solution C is selected from acetic acid, formic acid and glacial acetic acid. The testing method has high sensitivity and good repeatability, there is no interference with negative controls, and the whole testing process can operate well, so as to be able to act as one of the indicators controlling the inherent quality of the product.
