PURPOSE: An automatic location tracing system of steel materials is provided to automatically trace a location of a trailer by a sensor, thereby automatically tracing the movement route of the steel materials shipped on the trailer. CONSTITUTION: Section sensors(S3-S8,S13-S18) transmit an on-signal to a central control unit(120) corresponding to a trailer. A location identification unit of the central control unit senses location movement of the trailer by analyzing the ID of the signal. The central control unit updates current location information of the trailer and stores updated location information in a location storage unit. The central control unit updates location information of steel materials shipped on the trailer and stores the updated location information in the location storage unit.
