The universal wrench (1) has a housing insertable in base (2). A tool (3) is pivotally unfolded on the base between a folded position and an unfolded operative position. The belt supports (12,13) are arranged at ends of the base. The pin-shaped connector (9) and circumferential groove (10) are formed in base. A slot-shaped recess (5) is formed in base for receiving the tool in the folded position. A lateral recess (8) is formed in base for accessing the folded tool.
