PURPOSE: A catalyst exhaust apparatus and method, and an exhaust gas processing facility are provided to improve the circulation efficiency of the catalyst for removing contaminants in exhaust gas, and to be able to improve the exhaust gas processing efficiency of the exhaust gas processing facility. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst exhaust apparatus comprises a catalyst exhaust line(210); a first switch(222) installed in one side of the catalyst exhaust line; a second switch(224) installed in the other side of the catalyst exhaust line; a level detector(230); and a controller. The level detector is equipped on the catalyst exhaust line, and detects the level of catalyst filled in the catalyst exhaust line. The controller controls the first and second switches by receiving level data detected by the level detector and calculating the catalyst weight. The level detector comprises multiple sensors(232) aligned along the catalyst exhaust line. Each sensor comprises mechanical active sensors operating on-off according to the contact with catalyst. The catalyst exhaust line discharges catalyst from an adsorption device which adsorbs and removes contaminants in the exhaust gas to the down direction. The first switch is installed on the top of the catalyst transfer line. The second switch installed in the lower part of the catalyst transfer line.
