PURPOSE: A sonicator for generating ultrasound capable of a water level control and constant temperature maintenance is provided to prevent a nano material from being cohered and maintain a constant temperature between operations by comprising a thermostat. CONSTITUTION: A sonicator for generating ultrasound capable of a water level control and constant temperature maintenance comprises an auxiliary chamber(100), an underground motor, a shaker, and a thermostat. A thermocouple is installed in the water tub circumference of the thermostat. Temperature inside of the water tub is constantly maintained by connecting the thermocouple with one or more Peltier effect devices(420) installed in the inner wall surface of the water tub and performing heat generation and heat absorption according to a temperature change.
