<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant disease control composition having an excellent control efficacy against plant diseases. <P>SOLUTION: The plant disease control composition includes a carboxylic acid compound represented by formula (I) or a salt thereof, and at least one azole compound selected from Group (A). Group (A) includes a group consisting of tebuconazole, difenoconazole, triticonazole, imazalil, triadimenol, fluquinconazole, prochloraz, prothioconazole, diniconazole, diniconazole M, cyproconazole, tetraconazole, ipconazole, triforine, pyrifenox, fenarimol, nuarimol, oxpoconazole fumarate, pefurazoate, triflumizole, azaconazole, bitertanol, bromuconazole, epoxiconazole, and the like.
